INCLINABLE OF 'C' FRAME PRESSES
The designs are convenient model for various applications,
for easy handling of material enabling an individual to operate
the machine independently and auto feed can also be provided for
increased production. The advantages on inclining the machine to
the back is that the material falls with weight of gravity
itself which allows easy low cost work ability with smooth
handling of component and scrap.
The design as such ensures toughness to bear excessive jerks &
load thus eliminating chances of any deflection during
operation. Besides box type slide gives additional grip for self
alignment & accuracy plus strengthening structure of frame.
Design of four side gib ram hole & T slots gives additional
gripping for self alignment for longer life eliminating chances
of wear and tear of punch and die ends.
STANDARD FEATURES
* Knock-out bar stands provided for top ejection from
left & right.
* Research system for quick & easier setting of dies from
pressure screw has greater smoothness.
* For convenient setting of various dies, additional Bed
Plate Stands provided with center hole as per requirements and
'T' slot.
* Jack for inclining the machine is provided to bear
load & easy operation to allow the matter to fall at back.

WORKMANSHIP
Box type four side gib slide is designed to bear
excessive loads and jerks during operation. Owing to that the
die ends again longer life. In addition, the rigid structure
controls left to right and front to back tolerance assuring
proper slide alignment. Maintenance of parallel alignment
between the slide and bed is necessary to protect die ends for
longer life.
