PILLAR PRESSES
This series are highly precisined combined with accuracy and
most suitable design for various tough jobs. The primary
function of the said type of power press is to resist the forces
created during operation and maintenance of proper die
alignment. It consists of two pillars and bed in the center. The
ram works with pressure on the bed with die in between with
greater impact and natural grip.
The very design ensures additional stiffness specially on the
points where maximum stress and jerks are possible thereby
eliminating chances of deflection and comparatively more
economical results. Frames of the machine are made from the best
quality heavy section steel plates appropriately welded with
finished function with CO 2 MIg etc.

WORKMANSHIP
Box type four side gib slide is designed to bear
excessive loads and jerks during operation. Owing to that the
die ends again longer life. In addition, the rigid structure
controls left to right and front to back tolerance assuring
proper slide alignment. Maintenance of parallel alignment
between the slide and bed is necessary to protect die ends for
longer life.
